Happy Holiday Season

It has been a while since I made a post, and I am still trying to get into the habit of regularly blogging.   I unfortunately do not have a whole heck of a lot to report.   I have been busy wasting my time on work, Fallout: New Vegas, playing my mortal on COM and oh yes, watching copious amounts of TV.

The next few weeks will be pretty busy for me as the holiday season is coming up, which means more time away from work, but also means that interruptions and visitors and cheerful holiday joy and so on.   I am going to be travelling though not far for Thanksgiving, spending part of the week in Evanston, IL with my brothers who are attending Northwestern University, and then taking them to Grandma’s house a couple hours away in nearby Marseilles, IL.   Hopefully I will get to do a little Christmas shopping in the big city while I am there, and maybe just maybe a little work on the mud, though working from my netbook is somewhat discouraging, so I might have to do some work to get my Macbook Pro running to take with me.

My brother who is in the Navy at a school in Rhode Island will be visiting on the 19th of December for a few days.   It is always fun to visit with him, but he will only be around for a short time because he has to return to school, and also has to visit with his in-laws.

After that I think I will be home free as this year my dad is going to my step mothers parents house for a week at Christmas, and my brother will be back in Rhode Island, so I am planning to spend a good amount of time at Christmas working on the mud unless I get a better offer.
