  1. What is your blog going to be about? Will it be an IC blog where you will maintain a character journal, tell adventure stories, or put up a gossip sheet about who’s who in M’Dhoria? Or will it be an OOC blog where you air out your thoughts on roleplay, gaming and MUDding in general? Please explain your concept in detail.
  2. How often do you think you can post on your blog? We expect some level of commitment to this project if you sign up for it. You can post once a month if you want as long as you do so regularly.

Guidelines for Bloggers:

  1. Be creative.
  2. Keep your blog posts at a maximum of 400 words. You don’t have to write a novel to be considered a good writer. If what you have to write is a really long piece, you can break it down to several posts. It’s actually easier to write a long article and break it down because you won’t have to think of what to write for your next blog post.
  3. Please spellcheck and proofread your posts before submitting them.
  4. Please don’t plagiarize. We cannot stress this hard enough. Don’t plagiarize.
  5. Please don’t use your blog as a platform for insulting, flaming or offending any group or individual within or outside the game.
  6. Keep your posts on-topic.
  7. Please post regularly. You can post daily, once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month, if you like. Just post regularly. If, for any reason, you can’t update your blog, please let us know through email or mudmail.

If you want to contribute articles to the website without becoming a regular blogger, you don’t have to send us a proposal. Just email your article for approval.
